A Delivery Service Fee of $3.00 and a Service Charge of 20% will be added to all orders. The current sales tax will be added to all purchases. The minimum room service order is $4.00. The Service Charge is mandatory and is not a gratuity. The Delivery Service Fee and a portion of the Service Charge is retained by the hotel to cover overhead and other costs, while the majority of the Service Charge is shared by the hotel’s employees responsible for Room Service.
