We held a 3-day conference at Bahia and it exceeded expectation. The William D. Evans is a unique space to hold a client meeting, highly recommend. The location beautiful and proximity to local attractions also great.

Great location and service for our conference. Martin at the Front Desk was very kind and accommodating so I could be near a colleague. Highly recommend. Really nice to be near the beach and the service was great.

I have stayed at the Bahia for a conference before and I am returning because it was a great experience. We live in an age where people are more hard pressed to find truly good customer service. The customer service that I received booking my reservation this time was the exception. I found Diante Ashby Reservation Agent for the Bahia Resort & Hotel, to be synonymous with what used to be the standard of excellence in customer service. Way to go Bahia, for bringing the standard of excellent in customer service back through employing people like this young man. Well done!

I contacted BAHIA resort today needing to book 4 rooms for colleagues attending a conference in September. Renee went above and beyond to secure the reservations for me. She was efficient, friendly, and expedient. My only drawback is that I don't get to travel to beautiful San Diego with my colleagues to tell Renee thanks in person!!
