Summer Chef Series FeaturingChef Vincent PouesselTuesday August 19, 2025 | 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
This summer, Mission Bay becomes your open-air kitchen as we fire up the grill with some of Southern California’s most celebrated chefs. The new Summer Chef Cookout is a toes-in-the-sand dinner series that celebrates the best of summer cooking complete with golden sunsets, live music, and coastal breezes.
On select Tuesdays each month, a celebrated guest chef takes the lead, creating a one-night-only menu inspired by Southern California’s bounty. Each cookout features an impressive spread of appetizers, fresh salads, seasonal sides, and decadent desserts, plus a full bar to keep the cocktails flowing. Guests can savor a mix of mainstay entrees like charred tri-tip and banana leaf-grilled mahi mahi, while the guest chef adds their own twist with specially crafted dishes made just for the night.
So grab your sandals, bring your appetite, and join us for a memorable summer evening that’s all about local food and good vibes by the bay.
